ClearSplint Disc | FDA Approved Splint and Nightguard Material

ClearSplint Discs or Flexisplint Disc for CAD/CAM machines allow the production of nightguards with the same strength, stability, comfort, and optical clarity as regular CLEARsplint nightguards but without mixing, molding or casting.

Simply take a digital impression and let a CAD/CAM machine do the work. 

The material is strong yet flexible and MMA-free to minimize allergy problems. It is an FDA-approved bite splint & nightguard material that can be processed on a high-precision industrial-strength milling machine such as imes-icore® CORiTEC or vhf® systems.

They're amine and methyl-methacrylate-free, so they will never turn yellow and will eliminate allergy problems.

Note: Reacts similarly in warm water to soften the material before fitting into the mouth.
