Special Order Items:
All items ending with the letters “NI” are considered Special Order Items. These items are Final Sale and are non-refundable.
Consumables and Parts:
Excluding Special Order items, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To initiate a return, contact customerservice@proto3000.com with the item number, lot/serial number, and expiry date if applicable, along with the reason for your request. If the return request is accepted, an RMA will be issued, and the product must be returned at the customer's expense. Returns without an RMA number will be denied. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in damage-free condition. Upon receipt of your item, a member of our team will inspect it and process your refund. The original price, minus the restocking fee, will be refunded to the original payment method or credited to the account on file. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be posted to your account. Please note, the original shipping cost of the item is non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage including pictures and videos will be required.
System Sales, Equipment, Software, and Accessories:
All system and equipment sales are final unless otherwise specified. Under extreme circumstances, a return or refund may be granted through a written agreement by both Proto3000 and the OEM of the system. In this case, a restocking fee of up to 30% will apply.
