CopraSintec Evo K - World's first “middle-soft” milling of Co/Cr, 98 Ø x 18 mm – wet or dry!

The blank is pre-sintered, so most delicate structures and minimal wall thicknesses can be realized. The blank does not contain binder anymore, so the sintering time is greatly reduced, resulting in less argon gas consumption. Also, it is manufactured in isostatic high-pressure process. Very small wear of burs.

Specifications

• Non-precious metal alloy type 4, therefore no limitations compared to milled or cast Co/Cr alloys
• Only 8,5% shrinkage due to unique, isostatic high-pressure manufacturing process with optimal homogeneity – no distortion during sintering
• Optional wet- or dry processing possible using a wax strategy

• Anatomical reduced copings and pontics in anterior and posterior area
  
• Bridges up to 14 units or bridges with small diameters
• Primary and secondary telescopic crowns
• Clasps, bars, and retention constructions
• Full anatomical crowns and bridges in anterior and posterior area
• Restorations with small diameters which are exposed to high forces
• Free-end bridge constructions with a maximum one pontic
• Supra constructions for implant cases
• Removable prosthesis
