AUX-400-RINSE is an organic-based rinse solution developed as an effective alternative to Isopropyl Alcohol or IPA for the final rinse step in post-processing additive manufactured parts.
The rinse solution was explicitly formulated for resin workflows, where IPA is commonly used to clean the remaining detergent residue in combination with a drying step just prior to achieving finished parts.
Must be used with PostProcess™ for Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) machines:

Characteristics
- Higher Flashpoint
- It offers approximately two times higher flashpoint compared to IPA:
IPA flashpoint: 53°F / 11°C vs. AUX-400-RINSE flashpoint: 102°F / 38.8°C - Reduced Safety Hazards
- IPA has a high potential for fumes to spontaneously combust at low temperatures, which puts employees at risk of injury. The PostProcess™ solution creates a safer environment for plant, property, and equipment. Substantially reduces employee health risks from inhalation of IPA fumes.
