The D4K Build Platform, also known as the Build plate, Build tray, or Print Bed, is the surface of ETEC's D4K Pro printer on which the 3D-printed part is formed.

The build platform is an assembly comprised of:

  • A large, flat platform
  • Two handles
  • The flat area of the build platform is where cured material will adhere during the printing process.

How to install the D4K Build Platform:

  • Open the protection door.
  • Slide the build platform onto the receptor held on the Z slide.
  • Tighten down the build platform clamp to secure the build platform.
  • Check that the build platform is secured in position.
