Formlabs® Rigid 10K is a highly glass-filled resin and one of the stiffest materials in Formlabs' engineering portfolio. It simulates the stiffness of glass and fiber-filled thermoplastics.

You can choose Rigid 10K for precise industrial parts that need to withstand significant loads without bending. It exhibits a smooth matte finish and is highly resistant to heat and chemicals.  

The “10K” in the name represents the material’s tensile modulus. If you need a less stiff material, you can try Rigid 4000 Resin.

Supports print resolutions: 100 and 50 microns.

Post-curing is required.

  • Short-run injection molds and inserts
  • Aerodynamic test models
  • Heat-resistant and fluid-exposed components, jigs, and fixtures

  • Thermal Expansion, 0-150 °C: 41 μm/m/°C

*Data was obtained from parts printed Form 3, 100 µm and post-cured with a Form Cure for 60 minutes at 70°C.
