Consumables and Parts
Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To initiate a return, contact customerservice@proto3000.com with the item number, lot/serial number, and expiry date if applicable, along with the reason for your request. If the return request is accepted, an RMA will be issued, and the product must be returned at the customer's expense. Returns without an RMA number will be denied. In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in damage-free condition. Upon receipt of your item, a member of our team will inspect it and process your refund. The original price, minus the restocking fee, will be refunded to the original payment method or credited to the account on file. For credit card payments, please allow 5 to 10 business days for a refund to be posted to your account. Please note, the original shipping cost of the item is non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. Proof of damage including pictures and videos will be required.
Manufacturing and Technical Support Services
Refunds are only available for services that have been paid for in advance and have not yet been provided by Proto3000. If services have already been provided, they are not eligible for a refund. In certain circumstances, we may opt to offer a partial refund or re-do the project, however, this is at the sole discretion of Proto3000 and additional charges may apply.
System Sales, Equipment, and Accessories
All system and equipment sales are final unless otherwise specified. Under extreme circumstances, a return or refund may be granted through a written agreement by both Proto3000 and the OEM of the system. In this case, a restocking fee of up to 30% will apply.
