Post-ProcessingÂ
Quick Post-Processing Guide
- Step 1: Wash (≥ 90% IPA Only) – Clean excess resin using standard IPA. Do not use Formlabs Resin Washing Solution. Let the parts air dry for a minimum of 30 minutes before handling to ensure an optimal finish.
-
Step 2: Dual-Stage Cure – Post-curing completes the chemical reaction required for full material strength. To ensure a completely tack-free surface, use this two-step method:
- Cure submerged in a water bath (using a UV-transparent container) at room temperature.
- Dry the part, then cure in air at an elevated temperature.
