Particle Filter H13 | Non-reactive
The HEPA main filter can filter even the smallest dirt particles from the process gas. This protects the motor of the filter system and ensures an optimal process atmosphere in the process chamber. Since the main filter is protected by the Pre-Filter, it has to be changed much less frequently.
