Formlabs® BioMed Elastic 50A, Resin is a soft, elastic, medical-grade material for applications requiring comfort, biocompatibility, and transparency. It is ISO 10993 and USP Class VI certified material, made in an FDA-registered ISO 13485 facility and can be used in applications for long-term skin contact (>30 days) and short-term mucosal membrane contact (<24 hours).
Reduce workflow times by eliminating molding to directly produce comfortable, patient-specific medical devices or soft tissue medical models surgeons can reference in the O.R.

*Material properties may vary based on part geometry, print orientation, print settings, temperature, and disinfection or sterilization methods used. Data were measured on post-cured samples printed on a Form 3B/+ with 100µm BioMed Elastic 50A Resin settings, washed in a Form Wash for 20 minutes in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol, and cured at 70°C, 30 minutes submerged in water in a Form Cure according to the Manufacturing Guide. BioMed Elastic 50A Resin was tested at NAMSA World Headquarters, OH, USA.
