Dry Electrolyte for DLyte 1 system and Dental sector, developed to treat Titanium Based Alloys with HF | HF+ parameters.
This electrolyte solution includes 6 litres of MIX BIG 01/ SMALL 02 particles, perfect for surface finishing Titanium and Nitinol. With an added concentration of additives, it enhances surface shine and improves roughness levels for high-demanding applications. This electrolyte solution performs similarly to DLyte 01-S and DLyte MIX S-S. However, it stands out as a less aggressive option, providing greater control over material extraction and greater brightness.
It is perfect for surfaces with very high initial roughness, consisting of 80% large particle (01) and 20% small particle (02) mix. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a slower material extraction rate.
